用化学发光法和分光光度法研究老龄小鼠心肝的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的变化,探讨加味玉屏风散的标本兼治的抗氧化作用机制。结果表明加味玉屏风散具有降低心脏组织MDA含量,提高肝脏SOD活性,增强整体清除自由基和抗氧化作用。
The changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in heart and liver of old mice were studied by chemiluminescence and spectrophotometry. The mechanism of the anti-oxidation of Jiawei Yupingfeng San was studied. The results showed that Jiawei Yupingfeng Powder can reduce the content of MDA in heart tissue, increase the activity of SOD in the liver, and enhance the overall scavenging of free radicals and antioxidation.
