分析了1/4 相移分布反馈( Q P S D F B) 激光器及三相移分布反馈(3 P S D F B) 激光器的静态及动态特性.在分析中, 考虑了空间烧孔及非线性增益的因素. 在通用的传输矩阵法( T M M) 的基础上,对 T M M 模型的输入进行向量处理,得出不同电流注入情况下两种 D F B激光器的载流子密度及光子密度的轴向分布.给出了一个新的小信号动态响应模型并运用向量法进行了两种器件的动态响应分析.这个方法亦可用于其它 D F B 结构的分析.
The static and dynamic characteristics of QPSDDFB laser and 3PDD FB laser are analyzed. In the analysis, the factors of spatial hole burning and nonlinear gain were considered. Based on the generalized transfer matrix method (T M M), the input of the T M M model is vectorized to obtain the axial and axial directions of the carrier and density of the two DFB lasers at different current injection distributed. A new small-signal dynamic response model is given and the dynamic response analysis of two devices is performed by using vector method. This method can also be used for the analysis of other DFB structures.
