近 2 0年来 ,毒砂浮选技术已获得很大的进展 ,然而 ,在含毒砂的难选金矿浮选时 ,这些技术又有一定的局限性。为了改进毒砂的浮选 ,提高金的回收率 ,对矿石进行预处理是必要的。在本研究中 ,用超声波作为预处理方法来改进毒砂的浮选效果。超声波预处理天然氧化了的毒砂 ,改变了其表面电性 ,Zeta电位正值增大 ,零电点偏移 ,使毒砂恢复天然表面。延长超声波处理时间 ,Zeta电位由负变正 ,在自然 pH值范围内 (pH 5 5~ 6 0 ) ,声波处理后的毒砂浮选回收率显著提高。试验发现 ,超声波能够去除毒砂表面上的高度氧化层 ,提高其可浮性。这种预处理方法已被用于一种含毒砂的实际难选金矿的浮选中。研究发现 ,毒砂的回收率随着超声波处理时间的延长而提高 ,并且 ,金的回收率随着毒砂回收率一起增加。用超声波预处理含毒砂的难选金矿 ,可同时提高毒砂和金的浮选回收率
Nearly 20 years, arsenopyrite flotation technology has made great progress, however, in the refractory gold ore flotation, these technologies have some limitations. In order to improve the flotation of arsenopyrite and improve gold recovery, it is necessary to pretreat ore. In this study, ultrasound was used as a pretreatment method to improve the flotation effect of arsenopyrite. Ultrasound pretreatment of natural oxidized arsenopyrite changed its surface electrical properties, positive Zeta potential increases, zero point offset, so that the natural arsenic surface recovery. When the ultrasonic treatment time was prolonged, the zeta potential changed from negative to positive. Under the natural pH value range of pH 5 ~ 60, the recovery rate of arsenopyrite after sonicating significantly increased. The experiment found that ultrasonic can remove the highly oxidized layer on the surface of arsenopyrite and improve its floatability. This pretreatment method has been used in the flotation of an actual refractory gold ore containing arsenopyrite. The study found that the recovery rate of arsenopyrite increased with the increase of ultrasonic treatment time, and the recovery rate of gold increased with the recovery rate of arsenopyrite.
