进行血红蛋白病筛查时检出１例慢速β链异常血红蛋白，经化学结构分析证明该变异物为β链第２２位谷氨酸被丙氨酸取代，与血红蛋白ＧＴａｉｐｅ［α２β２２（Ｂ４）Ｇｌｕ→Ｇｌｙ］为相同变异物。
One case of slow beta-chain abnormal hemoglobin was detected during screening for hemoglobin disease. The chemical structure of the variant was confirmed by the substitution of alanine for glutamic acid at the 22nd position of the beta chain, which was related to hemoglobin GTaipe [α2β22 (B4) Glu → Gly] is the same variant.
