传统的光谱分析仪器采用棱镜或光栅做色散元件。为提高光谱分辨率,相应狭缝宽度不能太宽,因而单色器输出光能小;另外,波长扫描依靠转动色散元件实现,使得结构设计复杂,不能满足快速测量的要求。本文介绍了以 AOTF(声光可调谐滤光器)为色散元件的红外单色系统。该系统通光口径大(通光口径10X12mm~2),通过 DSP 控制下的频率合成电路实现波长的自动或单步扫描。系统结构如图所示:
Conventional spectroscopic instruments use prisms or gratings as dispersive elements. In order to improve the spectral resolution, the corresponding slit width can not be too wide, so the monochromator output light energy is small. In addition, the wavelength scanning relies on the rotating dispersive element to achieve the structural design complex, which can not meet the requirements of rapid measurement. This article describes an infrared monochrome system with AOTF (acousto-optic tunable filter) as the dispersive element. The system of large aperture (light diameter 10X12mm ~ 2), through the DSP under the control of the frequency synthesis circuit to achieve the wavelength of the automatic or single-step scan.
