本文分析了国家新出台的政策的内容和变化——彻底解决高校贷款中存在的各种问题,实事求是的分析了问题的原因,理清了政府和高校的责任,突出解决了高校“无力还贷、管理混乱、信息失真”的问题;在此政策的作用下,高校对贷款管理出现了新变化,这些新变化是像良性运转的方向转变的,基本上符合国家政策的要求和目的。通过这一变化,我们可以看出,高校贷款问题的解决出现了新气象,但是,实际情况如何,还有有待实践的检验。
