随着高等职业教育的发展和扩招,高职院校生源参差不齐,学生的知识水平落差较大,企业不同岗位对相同专业学生的能力要求不一,导致部分学生学不够或者学不会。以杭州天盾电气有限公司员工岗位需求为依据,开展实践课堂分层次教学研究与实验。在广厦学院13电气自动化技术专业两个班级的《电气控制与PLC应用技术》课程中进行对比实验研究,包括企业岗位需求分析、学生选择层次、教师如何分层教学以及如何分层测评,为其他学科的教学改革提供参考以及借鉴。
