如果说优等生和后进生是班级中的特殊群体,那么中等生可谓是最普通的群体。为了做好中等生这一群体的工作,班主任应重视中等生的教育,多创造机会给他们,多锻炼他们,多关注他们。
If you say that excellent students and post-graduation students are special groups in the class, then middle students can be described as the most common group.
