因特网正在以超乎政治家或公务员们所能想象的程度改变着政府。它能够在网上支付税金,领养老金或者改进技术,这些最终将民主制度发生革命变化。但是那些为之付钱的人最后会对他们的所得想要更多的发言权。
The Internet is changing the government to the same extent as politicians or civil servants can imagine. Its ability to pay taxes online, raise pensions, or improve technology will ultimately revolutionize democratic institutions. But those who pay for it will eventually have more say over their earnings.
