本文介绍了静注免疫球蛋白制剂的生物学特性、适应征及使用注意事项。免疫球蛋白是具有抗体生物活性的蛋白分子。静注用免疫球蛋白制剂是由酶处理法、化学处理法及离子交换树脂或聚乙二醇等处理法制成。静注制剂不含免疫球蛋白分子的聚合体,不混有激活补体的原因物质,输入时基本无疼痛,并可大量给药,抗感染效果明显。但是静脉制剂价格昂贵,并存在不能完全消除过敏反应、半衰期短、抗体生物活性下降(例如调理素)以及如何保持溶菌活性等问题。适应征主要包括:①重症细菌感染:在调理素作用下,增强吞噬细胞的吞噬作用,
