Objective To investigate the role of PTTG in the pathogenesis of acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) and to explore the possible mechanism of action of As_2O_3 in treating APL. It provides a new theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of APL with As 2 O 3. It also explores new specific gene targets for clinical anti-tumor therapy.
