给正常成年猕猴每天一次皮下注射重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子 10 μg·kg-1·d-1(μKD)或 (和 )重组人干细胞因子 2 0、5 0和12 5 μKD ,前者给药 5天 ,后者 8天 ,观察国产重组人干细胞因子动员外周血干细胞的效果。结果表明 ,给药后外周血白细胞数最高值rhG CSF单独给药组为 2 0 6 % ,rhSCF单独给药为 2 0 0 % ,而两者联合给药后为 2 80 %~ 310 % ;外周血CFU GM较动员前分别升高 1 1、1 3和 5 8~7 9倍 ;3个联合动员组外周血CD34+ 细胞数分别为动员前的 2 0、2 4和 35倍。说明rhSCF对外周血干 /祖细胞有明显的动员作用 ,rhSCF+rhG CSF联合动员效果更佳
