餐饮具是人们进餐时的必需品,其卫生状况直接影响消费者的健康。餐饮具消毒一直是餐饮行业保障食品安全的重要措施,对其消毒效果的监管可以有效的遏制肠道微生物的侵害及肠道传染病的发生。为了解呼伦贝尔市海拉尔区餐饮行业的餐饮具消毒情况,现将2008-2010年餐饮具消毒效果检测结果统计如下。
