本文对巯基棉吸附银的介质和酸度重新进行了研究,发现在HNO_3—H_2SO_4介质中银的回收率比HNO_3—HClO_4介质要稳定得多.本文对硝酸、硫酸用量及蒸干冒烟程度、巯基棉用量、交换速率、洗脱液的选择、洗脱液中共存离子的量及其影响以及三种不同工作曲线进行了比较,选定了最佳的测定条件,建立了一个操作简单、结果准确的分析方法,测定下限可以达到0.1ppm.
