前言鹤草酚(Agrimophol)是从鹤草芽中提取分离得到的一种结晶性纯品,是一种广谱驱虫药。作为一种新药,其剂型如何,影响药物作用的发挥,特别是溶解度与溶解速度对组织吸收影响很大。鹤草酚在水中几乎不溶,其他多种注射溶剂中也难溶解,且毒性较大,因此将鹤草酚与精氨酸结合制成药物前体,能大大增加水中溶解度和降低毒性,为鹤草酚广泛的用于其他寄生虫病方面的治疗创造了条件。本文对鹤草酚精氨酸盐的制备,含量测定,毒性及稳定性作了一些探索。
Preface Agrimophol is a crystalline pure product extracted and isolated from the crane grass buds. It is a broad-spectrum anthelmintic. As a new drug, its dosage form affects the exertion of drug action, especially the solubility and dissolution rate have a great influence on tissue absorption. Ascorbic acid is almost insoluble in water, hardly soluble in other kinds of injection solvents, and has relatively high toxicity. Therefore, the combination of retinol and arginine can be used as a prodrug, which can greatly increase the solubility and reduce the toxicity in water. The use of oxalol for the treatment of other parasitic diseases has created the conditions. In this paper, some investigations were made on the preparation, content determination, toxicity and stability of the pesticide arginine.
