为拓宽废旧混凝土再生的应用范围,改变常规作为道路路基填料的简单模式,利用服役50年的小高层基础桩体,配制八种不同集料替代率的再生混凝土,集料替代率从0%~100%,试件尺寸为150mm×150mm×150mm,用微机控制全自动压力试验机测定其抗压强度,并换算其抗剪强度,结果表明:所制作的标准试件有足够的抗压强度,最大强度可达51.2MPa,最小强度为33.5MPa;在工民建领域及交通运输领域能满足不同的强度要求;集料替代率可达80%左右;最后结合试验结果分析了再生试件的强度形成机理。此项研究在可持续发展的背景下具有不可估量的经济、社会和环境效益。
In order to broaden the application scope of waste concrete recycling and to change the conventional simple mode as a roadbed filler, eight kinds of recycled concrete with different aggregate replacement rates were prepared by using small high-rise foundation piles which have been in service for 50 years. The replacement rate of aggregate was changed from 0% 100%. The specimen size is 150mm × 150mm × 150mm. The compressive strength is measured by computerized automatic pressure testing machine and its shear strength is calculated. The results show that the prepared standard specimen has enough compressive strength, The maximum strength of up to 51.2MPa, the minimum strength of 33.5MPa; in the field of civil construction and transportation can meet different strength requirements; aggregate replacement rate of up to 80%; combined with the test results of the analysis of the strength of the regenerated specimen Formation mechanism. This research has immeasurable economic, social and environmental benefits in the context of sustainable development.
