一、前言聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料模实型铸造(简称“实型铸造”),是六十年代发展起来的新工艺。其优点是节省制造本模的木材。我厂在七十年代中期发展了这一技术,从模型制造到造型浇注等一系列工艺过程都作了不同程度的工作,至今已生产了上千吨铸件,取得了一定的成效。二、实型铸造用聚苯乙烯聚苯乙烯是由苯乙烯聚合而成的。对铸造用的聚苯乙烯的要求是: 1.比重轻,并有一定的强度。目前我国市场上出售的有两种规格:铸铁用的铸-1,比重0.015~0.018克/厘米~3;铸钢用的铸-2,比重为0.020~0.025克/厘米~3。 2.泡沫颗粒均匀,无小孔。
