研究了壳聚糖涂层亲和层析介质的制备工艺。采用合适的涂层条件,壳聚糖在玻璃珠上一次涂层量可达34mg/g介质。采用二氯化物交联剂可提高壳聚糖涂层介质的稳定性。当pH>4.3时,交联壳聚糖涂层介质对Cu2+的吸附容量达13.6mgCu2+/g壳聚糖。在本介质的膨胀床中,最大液体流速可达1m/h。
The preparation of chitosan coating affinity chromatography medium was studied. With suitable coating conditions, the amount of chitosan coating on the glass beads can reach 34 mg / g. Dichloride crosslinking agent can improve the stability of the chitosan coating medium. When pH> 4.3, the adsorption capacity of the cross-linked chitosan coating medium to Cu2 + reached 13.6mgCu2 + / g chitosan. Expanded bed in the medium, the maximum liquid flow rate of up to 1m / h.
