建筑信息模型(BIM)作为一种变革性的生产工具,对建设工程项目的成本核算过程产生深远影响,能有效提高建筑生产过程成本计算的可靠性。分析了BIM对成本计算过程的影响,提出了2种基于BIM模型的造价管理工作的思路,通过对比,选择第2种思路作为发展方向,并据此提出了3种基于BIM的工程项目与造价软件融合的技术方案。详细分析了每种技术方案的特点,对基于BIM的成本计算过程中的一些关键问题进行了分析和讨论。
As a transformational production tool, BIM has a far-reaching impact on the cost accounting process of construction projects, which can effectively improve the reliability of calculation of construction cost.
