目的探讨下颌稳定型垫治疗颞下颌关节可复性盘前移位的疗效。方法对32例(34侧)关节盘可复性前移位患者,采用下颌稳定型垫治疗,疗程为3个月,采用Fricton指数及疼痛量化表来评价治疗效果。结果统计学分析表明治疗前后的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Fricton颞下颌关节指数(CMI)从治疗前的0.21±0.08下降到治疗后的0.08±0.04,VAS指数由治疗前的3.45±0.47下降到治疗后的0.86±0.54,患者临床症状均得到明显改善。结论临床采用下颌稳定型垫治疗颞下颌关节可复性盘前移位是有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of mandibular stable orthotic pad in the treatment of temporomandibular joint refraction. Methods Thirty-two patients (34 sides) with retrograde retrograde dislocation were treated with mandibular stable padding for 3 months. The Fricton index and the pain quantification scale were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results Statistical analysis showed that there was significant difference before and after treatment (P <0.05), Fricton temporomandibular joint index (CMI) decreased from 0.21 ± 0.08 before treatment to 0.08 ± 0.04 after treatment, VAS index from 3.45 before treatment ± 0.47 decreased to 0.86 ± 0.54 after treatment, the clinical symptoms of patients have been significantly improved. Conclusion The clinical application of mandibular stable pad for the treatment of temporomandibular joint reflexive disc displacement is an effective method.
