笔者于1980年2月到1982年2月在美国圣路易斯华盛顿大学医学院耳鼻喉科进修二年,重点进行耳科学研究,参加了临床和实验室的工作;二年中出席了四次美国全国性学术会议,包括:美国耳鼻喉科年会,耳鼻喉科学会(AAO)和耳鼻喉科研究工作年会(ARO)。因此,对美国耳鼻喉科的临床和科研工作的现状和趋向有了一定的了解。现就耳科显微手术开展的情况,简单介绍如下:
The author in February 1980 to February 1982 in St. Louis Washington University School of Medicine otolaryngology for two years, focusing on otological research, participated in clinical and laboratory work; two years attended the four national Conferences, including: Annual Meeting of the American Society of Otolaryngology, Department of Otolaryngology (AAO) and Annual Meeting of the ENT (ARO). Therefore, the United States Department of Otolaryngology clinical and research work have some understanding of the status and trends. Now on the situation of otology microsurgery, a brief introduction is as follows:
