December 10, 1991, Beijing. At the awarding ceremony of the first “Fan Changjiang News Awards”, a peasant-looking middle-aged man excitedly received the trophy from the central leading comrades who has cast his outstanding proletarian reporter Fan Changjiang’s portrait.
