“80后”小学教师的自我监控能力较弱,传统的管理理念,更偏重于“管”。而针对这一有鲜明时代特征的年轻教师群体,易“疏”不易“堵”。教育是一个使教育者和受教育者都变的更完善的职业。而且,只有当教育者完善发展时,才能更加有利于学生的完善和发展。针对教育者而言,引导成长与进步,在促动发展中来强化、提升自我监控能力。为此提出实施发展性教师评价。
