传统的蘑菇栽培工艺必须覆盖一层粗细泥土。制取粗细泥用工量相当大,存放不当又极易受到病虫污染,影响蘑菇产量和质量。最近,上海嘉定食用菌科技协会试验成功了一项不用覆盖粗细泥土,却照样能出菇的新技术。它与传统技术相比.省工90%左右,并且可以提前出菇,提高蘑菇的产量和质量。
The traditional mushroom cultivation process must be covered with a layer of coarse soil. Preparation of thick mud volume is quite large, improper storage and highly susceptible to pests and diseases, affecting mushroom yield and quality. Recently, the Shanghai Jiading Edible Fungi Technology Association successfully tested a new technology that can still cover the thick soil without fail. Compared with traditional technology, it saves about 90% of the workforce and can grow mushrooms ahead of schedule to improve the yield and quality of mushrooms.
