当前幼儿教育教学改革的方向是培养幼儿的创新性思维和创新的能力。这需要幼儿教育教学从传统的教学理念向新课程理念转变;传统的教育教学方式方法向新课程理念所倡导的启发式、引导式、探究式、小组式教学方式方法转变;幼儿的学习理念和学习方式方法需要向着培养幼儿的自主学习习惯和能力,实现幼儿的自主探究过渡。这是我们幼儿教师的历史使命,每一位教师都要具有高度的历史责任感和紧迫性,积极的更新教育教学理念,学习新标准,积极的改进教学方式方法,调动幼儿的学习积极性,发挥幼儿的主体性作用,培养幼儿的自主意识和行为习惯,促使幼儿进行自主探究性的学习。
