目的:在一个冠状动脉支架置入患者连续队列中,评价氯吡格雷的低反应是否影响冠状动脉支架置入术后的心血管预后。方法和结果:共纳入接受经皮冠状动脉支架置入术的连续379例有症状性冠心病(CAD)患者(稳定性心绞痛206例,急性冠状动脉综合征173例)。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate whether the low response to clopidogrel affects cardiovascular outcomes after coronary stent implantation in a cohort of coronary stents. Methods and Results: A total of 379 consecutive patients with symptomatic CAD (206 with stable angina pectoris and 173 with acute coronary syndrome) underwent percutaneous coronary stenting.
