本文对轿车发动机中的各种铸铁凸轮挺杆的点蚀问题进行研究。通过扫描电镜对包括冷激铸铁凸轮轴、合金铸铁软氮化凸轮轴、及堆焊合金铸铁挺杆点蚀表面形貌的观察及表面变形层截面的金相分析,探讨点蚀形成的特征和原因。对进一步研究点蚀的机理及抗磨损的材料有参考价值。
This paper studies the pitting corrosion problem of various cast iron cam lifters in the car engine. By scanning electron microscopy, including cold shock cast iron camshaft, alloy cast iron nitrocarburized camshaft, and deposited alloy cast iron tappet pitting surface morphology observation and surface deformation of the cross-section of the metallographic analysis of pitting formation characteristics and the reason. The further study of the mechanism of pitting and anti-wear materials have reference value.
