In order to determine the absorbed dose of ~ (60) Co γ radiation, we established a Fricke dosimeter with a dose response range of 40-400 Gy. In 1986, this work was compared with the standards of International Assurance Assurance Service (IDAS) set up by China Institute of Metrology and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to make it a practical measurement standard.
