原发性肝癌合并胆管癌栓引起梗阻性黄疸较少见 ,以往此类患者被认为已属晚期 ,多持消极态度或放弃手术治疗。我院肝胆外科 1994-0 1～ 2 0 0 2 -0 1对 7例原发性肝癌合并胆管癌栓进行肝癌切除加胆管癌栓清除 ,改善患者的症状 ,延长患者的生存期 ,现报告如下。1 资料与方法1·1
