根据某规格汽车轮毂轴管零件的形状尺寸特点,设计了预锻毛坯和终锻成形方案,并对成形方案进行了工艺和模拟分析。模拟结果显示,金属变形仅局限于端部,金属能正确成形锻件形状,杆部不再发生变形,其内孔的斜面形状保持不变,冲头的长度可适当减短。设计了终锻成形模具,模具采用楔块结构,使凹模能左右开启,从而使锻件脱模容易。该模具结构使锻件的外形略去拔模斜度,材料利用率提高约12.5%。该成形方案合理可行,对生产有一定的指导意义。
According to the shape and size characteristics of the axle components of a vehicle hub axle, the preform blank and the final forging profile are designed, and the process and simulation of the profile are carried out. The simulation results show that the deformation of the metal is only limited to the end, the shape of the forging can be correctly formed by the metal, the deformation of the rod is no longer occurred, the bevel shape of the inner hole remains unchanged, and the length of the punch can be appropriately shortened. Design for the final forging mold, the mold using wedge structure, so that the die can be left and right, so that the forging demould easily. The mold structure forgives the outline of the draft slightly to the draft, material utilization increased by about 12.5%. The forming scheme is reasonable and feasible, and has certain guiding significance to the production.
