织物型热反射材料是一种新型建筑功能材料。本文介绍了该产品的原材料、生产工艺及主要设备,分析了影响涂层性能的主要因素,指出金属膜层的反射率决定了织物型热反射的隔热保温性能,以及控制和提高膜层反射率的措施及其工艺参数,其中包括:选择最佳发射率,降低织物基材表面粗糙度,控制膜层厚度,提高真空室内真空度等。最后,文章分析了生产该产品的经济效益和应用前景。
Fabric-type heat reflective material is a new type of building functional material. This article introduces the raw materials, production process and main equipment of the product, analyzes the main factors affecting the coating performance, and points out that the reflectivity of the metal film layer determines the thermal insulation performance of the fabric type heat reflection, as well as the control and improvement of the film reflection. Rate measures and their process parameters, including: selection of the best emissivity, reducing the surface roughness of the fabric substrate, controlling the thickness of the film, and increasing the degree of vacuum in the vacuum chamber. Finally, the paper analyzes the economic benefits and application prospects of producing this product.
