社区医疗安全存在诸多隐患,如医务人员执业风险意识缺乏、诊疗行为不够规范等。文章结合案例进行分析,认为社区卫生服务中心医务人员在依法执业、证据保全和告知义务等方面的意识相对淡漠,这一现状值得管理者思考。因此,提出着力加强法制教育、培养医务人员依法规范诊疗行为的自觉性,既是社区卫生服务中心质量管理的永恒主题,也是保障医疗安全的重中之重,希望与同仁形成共识. There are many hidden dangers in community medical safety, such as the lack of awareness of practicing medical staff risk, behavior norms and so on. According to the analysis of the case, the article thinks that the awareness of medical personnel in community health service center is relatively indifferent in the aspects of law practice, evidence preservation and obligation of disclosure, which is worth considering by managers. Therefore, it is not only the eternal theme of quality management of community health service centers, but also the top priority of ensuring medical safety, and it is hoped that common understanding will be reached with colleagues by putting forward efforts to strengthen legal education and foster the consciousness of medical personnel in regulating medical behaviors in accordance with the law.
