我们在黑龙江省林业管理干部学院任教。这所学院的学员大部分来自省内的各县林业局、国营林场、苗圃、乡镇林业站等基层生产单位。他们来自实践,具有一定的专业技术和生产经验,熟悉林业生产现状、动态和技术需求,对知识的要求具有明确的选择性和针对性。同时由于他们经过了一段时间的基层工作锻炼,具有了一定的组织和管理能力,一般思维敏锐,思路开阔,思想活跃,勇于并善于提出问题和发表不同的意见,他们反对教师过多的纯理论讲授,要求教学内容要面向生产,突出实用性,增加信息量,并具有地方特色,
We teach in Heilongjiang Forestry Management College.
