微生物对紫杉烷类化合物进行转化可以获得一系列新的衍生物,其中一些衍生物具有潜在的药理活性,另外,生物转化还是制备药物代谢产物的一个非常有效的方法。本文综述了1996年至2010年紫杉烷类化合物生物转化研究的进展。
Microbiological transformation of taxanes can produce a series of new derivatives, some of which have potential pharmacological activity. In addition, biotransformation is a very effective method to prepare drug metabolites. This review summarizes the progress of taxane bioconversion studies from 1996 to 2010.
