朝鲜民族作为少数民族的一支,在餐饮文化上独具一格,在特色餐饮空间的设计上更是独树一帜,具有极高的辨识度。本文主要讨论传统文化元素在朝鲜族特色餐饮空间中的应用,分析了朝鲜族特色餐饮的空间设计,以期对相关研究起到参考作用。
As one of the ethnic minorities, the Korean nation is unique in catering culture and unique in its design of catering space. It has a high degree of recognition. This article mainly discusses the application of traditional culture elements in Korean-style dining space and analyzes the spatial design of Korean-style food and beverage in order to serve as a reference for the related researches.
