用C57BL/6小鼠进行的体外实验中,在12.5~200U/ml剂量范围内,腹腔巨噬细胞的杀伤作用有所提高,并呈剂量依赖关系。整体实验中,将正常鼠及荷瘤鼠分别注射rhIL-6和生理盐水,连续10d,第15天杀鼠取腹腔巨噬细胞观察其杀伤能力,结果发现,不论在荷瘤或未荷瘤鼠中,rhIL-6均可提高腹腔巨噬细胞的杀瘤功能;与对照组相比,杀伤率平均增加21.31%和38.60%,与此同时腹腔巨噬细胞总量亦有所增加。
In in vitro experiments with C57BL/6 mice, the killing effect of peritoneal macrophages increased in a dose range of 12.5 to 200 U/ml in a dose-dependent manner. In the whole experiment, normal and tumor-bearing mice were injected with rhIL-6 and normal saline respectively for 10 days. The killing ability of peritoneal macrophages on the fifteenth day was observed. The results showed that both the tumor-bearing and non-tumor-bearing mice In addition, rhIL-6 increased tumoricidal function of peritoneal macrophages.
