近几年来,随着学院办学规模的扩大,物价上涨、工资制度改革和政策性补贴增加等诸多因素的影响,我院的事业费支出急剧上升,经费供求矛盾日趋突出。为摆脱困境,我院坚持改革,强化人、财、物管理,发扬艰苦奋斗,勤俭办学的精神,着眼于内部挖潜,致力于提高经费使用效益,取得了一定的成效。我们的主要做法有以下几个方面。
In recent years, with the expansion of the scale of running a school, the rising prices, the reform of the wage system and the increase of policy subsidies, etc., the expenditures for our workplans have risen sharply and the contradiction between supply and demand of funds has become increasingly prominent. To get rid of the dilemma, our institute insisted on reform, strengthened the management of people, property and materials, carried forward the spirit of hard work and thrift, and focused on the internal tapping of potential to devote itself to improving the efficiency of using funds. Some achievements have been made. Our main approach has the following aspects.
