1.前言随着制造业和我国经济总量互为因果推动发展,把我国建成拥有先进制造能力的世界制造强国已不再遥远。最近比较集中的看法是,我国将在2020年左右成为世界第二大经济实体。由此推断,我国很多产品真正成为世界工厂的时间距今已不会超过10年。制造业迅猛发展的重要标志之一是近一二年不少企业开始从OEM向ODM啭变,对设计的迫切性上升到了前所未有的高度。但是,目前我国的工业设计还不能很好满足企业和国际先进制造直接竞争的要求,其原因复杂纷纭,涉及设计理念、设计管理、社会认同等,其中设计手段落后是一个极其重要的因素。
1. Introduction As the manufacturing industry and the total economic output of our country promote causal development, it is no longer far between China and the rest of the world in building advanced manufacturing capabilities. Recently, a more concentrated view is that our country will become the second largest economic entity in the world by 2020 or so. It can be inferred that the time when many of our products truly become world factories will not exceed 10 years ago. One of the most important signs of the rapid development of manufacturing is that in the past year or two many enterprises started to change from OEM to ODM and their design urgency has risen to an unprecedented height. However, at present, China’s industrial design can not meet the requirements of direct competition between enterprises and international advanced manufacturing for a variety of reasons. They involve design concepts, design management and social identities. Among them, backward design tools are an extremely important factor.
