上海中桥投资股份有限公司(简称“上海中桥”),创立于今年4月中旬,是由上海市体改委正式批准设立的一家以股权投资为主的新型投资公司.主要发起者为四通集团公司、中国安泰经济发展公司、中国青少年基金会、中国华能浙江公司、浙江省物资开发总公司、中国青春宝集团公司,上海南都期货经纪公司等九家公司,注册资金为3000万元人民币.公司的主要经营战略是充分利用中国经济增长的大背景,凭借上海及周边经济发达地区的经济优势,积极参与现代产权制度改革.
Shanghai Zhongqiao Investment Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as “Shanghai Zhongqiao”) was established in mid-April this year. It is a new type of investment company based on equity investment formally approved by the Shanghai Municipal Commission for Economic Reform. The main sponsor is four. Group of companies, China Antai Economic Development Corporation, China Youth Foundation, China Huaneng Zhejiang Corporation, Zhejiang Provincial Materials Development Corporation, China Youth Investment Group Corporation, Shanghai Hainan Futures Brokerage Corporation and other nine companies with a registered capital of 30 million yuan. The company’s main business strategy is to make full use of the background of China’s economic growth, relying on the economic advantages of Shanghai and the surrounding economically developed regions to actively participate in the reform of the modern property rights system.
