目的探讨口底癌根治术后口底缺损修复术式应用。方法分析5例口底癌患者,接受联合根治术后应用双侧带蒂鼻唇沟岛状肌皮瓣进行口底及舌的一期修复情况。结果术后皮瓣一期成活,面型满意。结论应用双侧带蒂鼻唇沟岛状肌皮瓣进行口底癌根治术后口底缺损的修复,是一种简捷可靠的方法。
Objective To investigate the application of surgical repair of mouth defects after radical operation of mouth. Methods A total of 5 cases of oral floor cancer patients were treated with bilateral nasolabial island flap in combination with radical mastectomy. Results The flaps survived in one stage and the surface type was satisfactory. Conclusion It is a simple and reliable method to repair the defect of the floor of the mouth after root canal rhinoplasty with island flap pedicled with bilateral nasolabial fold.
