1公平公正的薪酬待遇是企业留人的基础无论是马斯洛的需求层次论,还是物质基础与上层建筑关系理论,都表明企业的薪酬待遇是吸引人才、留住人才的根本保障。当然薪酬待遇不是越高越好,这样一是会加大企业的人力资源成本,二是那些看中高薪高福利而进入公司或留在公司的人,未必能融入公司,成为愿意为公司付出的人。用高薪留人也不是长久之计,因为看重高薪的人会因为别家更高的薪水而离职。其实,企业的薪水福利做到公平公正就可以了。
