目的了解长春市高校食品从业人员乙肝携带规律及特点,为此类人群的科学管理阐明依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELSA)进行乙肝血清标志物HBsAg的检测。结果男性乙肝携带率5.53%(27/448)明显高于女性3.26%(42/1 228),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随年龄的增长,阳性率有下降趋势(P<0.05)。阳性率集中在18~39岁年龄组(P<0.05)。结论长春市高校食品从业人员乙肝携带率低于全国乙肝病毒携带率,但18~39岁年龄段,以及男性从业人员的携带率均较高,需侧重进行管理。
Objective To understand the regularity and characteristics of hepatitis B carrying food practitioners in institutions of higher learning in Changchun and lay a foundation for the scientific management of such people. Methods Serum HBsAg was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELSA). Results The prevalence of hepatitis B in men was 5.53% (27/448), significantly higher than that in women (42/1 228) (P <0.05). With the increase of age, the positive rate showed a decreasing trend (P <0.05 ). The positive rate concentrated in the 18 to 39 age group (P <0.05). Conclusion The carrying rate of hepatitis B among food workers in colleges and universities in Changchun is lower than the carrying rate of hepatitis B virus in China. However, the carrying rates among 18 ~ 39 age group and male employees are higher, and management should be focused on.
