建立了一个快速、简单测定奶粉中溴和硼的实用性新方法。称取定量奶粉样品,冲调配置成液体溶液,加入适量乳化剂,采用10%氨水定容并混匀形成分散性良好的乳浊液(氨水同时具有萃取溴、硼元素和消除记忆效应的功效),在线加入130Te元素作为内标,直接测定。通过对奶粉标准物质的多次测定,考察了方法检出限、准确性、加标回收率等指标,以上指标和测定结果均能满足实际检测的需要。该方法操作简单,无需繁琐的前处理手段,避免了前处理过程中可能发生的元素损失和污染,有很强的实用价值。
A fast and simple method for the determination of bromine and boron in milk powder has been established. Weigh a sample of powdered milk, wash and dispose it into a liquid solution, add an appropriate amount of emulsifier, dilute and mix well with 10% ammonia to form a well-dispersed emulsion (ammonia also has the effects of extracting bromine and boron and eliminating memory effects ), 130Te element online as an internal standard, direct determination. Through the multiple determination of the milk powder standard substance, the method detection limit, accuracy, recovery rate and other indicators were investigated. The above indexes and measurement results can meet the needs of actual testing. The method has the advantages of simple operation, no cumbersome pre-treatment means, avoiding the elemental loss and pollution that may occur in the pre-treatment process and has strong practical value.
