为观察腮腺区肿瘤手术前面神经电生理变化与肿瘤的关系,测定106例腮腺肿瘤(恶性24例,良性82例)面神经3个分支双侧诱发电位,并与30例健康者作对比。结果表明,健康组两侧比较3支传导速度、潜伏期和波幅均在正常值范围,两侧差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。腮腺肿瘤组患侧面神经传导速度减慢,潜伏期延长,波幅降低,与健侧相比差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:面神经传导速度测定描记曲线可反映面神经受损程度。
In order to observe the relationship between the electrophysiological changes of the frontal parotid gland tumors and the tumors, 106 cases of parotid gland tumors (malignant 24 cases, benign 82 cases) were detected with bilateral evoked potentials in 3 branches of the facial nerve and compared with 30 healthy subjects. The results showed that the conduction velocity, latency and amplitude of the three groups on both sides of the healthy group were within the normal range, and there was no significant difference between the two sides (P>0.05). In the salivary gland tumor group, the lateral nerve conduction velocity was slowed down, the latency was prolonged, and the amplitude was decreased. The difference was significant compared with the healthy side (P<0.01). Conclusion: The measurement of facial nerve conduction velocity can reflect the degree of facial nerve damage.
