甘胆酸(简称CG)是主要胆酸之一,是肝脏以胆固醇为原料合成的胆酸再与甘氨酸结合而成。它在人血清中主要以蛋白结合形式存在。甘胆酸正常代谢为甘胆酸肠肝循环。肝内合成、由胆囊贮存,在肠内被吸收,经门静脉极大部分被肝摄取,被溢流进入体循环总量小于1%。肝细胞受损或肝有疾病、胆汁淤滞时,就引起甘胆酸代谢和循环紊乱,血中甘胆酸增加。根据这一现象,我院于1986年起,对94例轻、重肝脏病人、48例正常人和27例非肝疾患者进行甘胆酸放射免疫测定,现将测定结果以及临床意义分析如下: 一、方法:采用FJ—2003/018、~(125)I免疫测量仪和北京原子能研究院出产的甘胆酸放射免疫分析药盒测试而成。具体步骤:略。
