收集我院近 7年来 7 293例胃镜检查中,共检出胃血吸虫病 18例,占受检人数的 0.25% 。18例中男 16例,女 2例。年龄 39～63岁,平均50 .2岁。临床表现:上腹疼痛16例,饱胀13例,暖气11例,反酸2例,呕吐9例,暧宿食味6例,消瘦3例。病程最长10年,最短2月。未经胃镜及病理确认前均误诊为溃疡病、慢性胃炎或胃癌。镜下表现:14例分布在幽门及幽门前区,4例位于体小弯。镜下除有慢性浅表性胃炎、慢性萎缩性胃炎的改变外,尚有胃的正常皱褶消失或中断,胃窦腔变形缩小,病变处粘膜粗大,高低不平,多有颗粒状或结节状增生,质地偏硬,在粗大皱襞上有溃疡形成等表现。有癌变时与胃癌相仿。与顾履冰观察相似。
