近年来,随着我国四化建设和科技事业的蓬勃发展,各种中文专业文献库不断建成投入使用.稀土专业文献库作为科学院数据库工程重点项目之一,已于87年2月末通过可行性方案论证,现在已进入建库的实施阶段.本文通过稀土专业文献库标引规则的制定(草)和具体内容,说明文献标引规则的制定方法以及包含的各项内容,从而,为其他专业文献库标引规则的制定提供一个具体可行的模式,并引起从事文献标引的同行们对标引规则的进一步完善提出更好的建设性意见.
