通过两个田间(在重粘质土壤上)试验,研究了氮肥及灌溉次数对三个小麦品种的产量和品质的效应。第一个试验各小区均在分蘖中期和临近抽穗期进行灌溉。该试验中,施氮对籽粒产量呈负效应;而对籽粒蛋白质含量呈正效应;品种 Songlen 的籽粒产量高且出粉率及面粉蛋白含量亦高。第二个试验中,要实现高产,则至少应灌溉两次。同时,增加灌溉次数会降低面粉蛋白含量,缩短面团形成时间;不论如何进行氮处理和灌溉处理,品种 WW15的产量均最高,但其面粉蛋白含量最低;在不灌溉或仅灌一次水时,氮对籽粒蛋白含量呈正效应;增加灌溉次数,会降低面粉蛋白含量的平均值。
The effects of nitrogen fertilizer and irrigation times on the yield and quality of three wheat cultivars were studied in two fields (on heavy clay soil). In the first experiment, all plots were irrigated at mid-tillering stage and heading stage. In this experiment, nitrogen application had a negative effect on grain yield and a positive effect on grain protein content. Songlen had high grain yield and higher flour yield and flour protein content. In the second experiment, to achieve high yield, irrigation should be at least twice. At the same time, increasing the number of irrigation reduced the protein content of flour and shorten the time of dough formation. No matter how nitrogen treatment or irrigation treatment was carried out, the yield of WW15 was the highest but the content of flour protein was the lowest. Positive effect on grain protein content; increase the number of irrigation, will reduce the average protein content of flour.
