通过正交试验研究了热处理及化学处理对冷轧NiTi合金耐蚀性的影响 .结果表明 ,酸洗及硝酸钝化能够明显提高NiTi合金在 1%NaCl溶液中的击穿电位 ;退火处理能够降低NiTi合金的自腐蚀电位及自腐蚀电流 .约40 0℃退火的NiTi合金试样的耐蚀性最好 ,较冷轧态自腐蚀电流降低近一个数量级 .水煮处理略降低NiTi合金的自腐蚀电位与自腐蚀电流 ,一定程度上提高其耐蚀性 .
The effects of heat treatment and chemical treatment on the corrosion resistance of cold-rolled NiTi alloy were investigated by orthogonal experiments. The results show that the pick-up and nitrification passivation can significantly improve the breakdown potential of NiTi alloy in 1% NaCl solution. The annealing treatment can reduce the corrosion resistance NiTi alloy self-corrosion potential and self-corrosion current.NiTi alloy samples annealed at about 40 ℃ have the best corrosion resistance, which is nearly an order of magnitude lower than that of the cold-rolled self-corrosion current. Boiling slightly reduces the corrosion of NiTi alloy Potential and self-corrosion current, to some extent, improve its corrosion resistance.
