本文就东北亚经济合作及中小企业与东北亚经济合作的关系谈一些看法。 首先,关于东北亚地区的范围,比较普遍的看法是:它包括俄罗斯的远东地区、朝鲜、韩国、蒙古、日本,中国的一部分,即包括6个国家的整体或其一部分。 需要讨论的是,中国的哪个部分属于东北亚地区的范围,有的人认为主要是东北三省加上内蒙古,也有的人认为中国整个大陆加上台湾、港澳,都应列入东北亚地区的范围。我认为,将中国的下述地区列入东北亚地区的范围比较妥当,它们是:东北三省、内蒙古,再加上河北省、山东省、江苏省及北京、天津等大城市。
This article talks about the economic cooperation in Northeast Asia and the relationship between SMEs and economic cooperation in Northeast Asia. First of all, regarding the scope of the Northeast Asia region, the more general view is that it includes Russia’s Far East region, North Korea, South Korea, Mongolia, Japan, and part of China, that is, the whole or part of six countries. It is necessary to discuss which part of China belongs to the scope of Northeast Asia. Some people think that the three provinces in Northeast China are mainly coupled with Inner Mongolia, while others believe that the entire mainland China plus Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao should be included in the scope of Northeast Asia. . I think it is appropriate to include the following areas of China in the Northeast Asian region. They are: the three northeastern provinces, Inner Mongolia, and Hebei, Shandong, Jiangsu, Beijing, and Tianjin.
